This website is run by Guntur Gosamrakshana Sangham (“the Sangham”), a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (S. No. 32 of 1938–39), which cares for cows and orphan calves at its gaushala in Guntur. By using this website or making a donation, you agree to these terms.

Donations and Sevas

• All donations are voluntary contributions towards the care of the cows at the gaushala.
• A seva is a donation for a particular kind of care, such as feeding, medical care or adopting a cow. It is not a purchase of goods or services, and no goods are delivered.
• Seva amounts shown on the website are suggested amounts. You may also give any amount you wish, within the limits shown at checkout.
• When you choose a date for an occasion seva, we will do our best to perform the seva on that date.
• Donations are used for the overall care of the herd. Where a seva names one cow or calf, it is a symbolic offering towards that care.

Payments

• Donations are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your bank or card provider’s own terms also apply.
• A donation is confirmed only when the payment is successful.

Receipts

A receipt is sent to the WhatsApp number and email address you give at checkout. Please make sure these are correct. Tax receipts under Section 80G are issued only where the Sangham holds a valid registration, and only when you give your PAN and full address.

Use of This Website

• The text, photos and logo on this website belong to the Sangham and may not be copied without permission.
• Please do not misuse the website, try to break its security, or make a donation using payment details that are not yours.
• We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but we may update it at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The Sangham is not responsible for any loss caused by delays or failures of banks, payment networks or messaging services that are outside our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
